K94 Production LLC (“we”, “us”, “K94”) is a real estate photography and videography business operating in the Chicago metropolitan area. Our registered business address is Roselle, IL 60172, USA. We own and operate the website k94realestate.com (the “Site”).

2. Information we collect

When you book a shoot, contact us, or use the Site we may collect:

• Contact information — name, email, phone number, property address — provided by you on booking, contact, or payment forms.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We retain only the last 4 digits of the card and a transaction ID for receipt and refund handling.
• Usage data — pages visited, referring URL, device/browser type, IP address, approximate geolocation, and timestamps, collected automatically by our analytics tools.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5 below.

3. How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, deliver, and invoice photography services you book with us.
• To contact you about your booking, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and deliver final photos and videos.
• To process payments and handle refund or dispute requests.
• To measure and improve the performance of our advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and the Site.
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

4. Third-party services we use

We share limited data with the following third-party processors so the Site and our business can operate:

• Vercel — hosts the Site and stores access logs.
• Stripe — processes credit-card and Apple Pay payments.
• Google (Analytics 4, Ads, Tag Manager) — measures Site usage and ad performance.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel, Conversions API) — measures ad performance.
• Resend — sends transactional email (booking confirmations, receipts).
• Twilio — sends SMS booking confirmations when applicable.

Each processor handles your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use first-party and third-party cookies to remember your session, measure analytics, and attribute advertising conversions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site (cart, booking) may stop working correctly. We respect the standard Do-Not-Track signal where browsers send one.

6. Data retention

We retain booking and payment records for the period required by U.S. tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 8).

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., California under CCPA, EU/UK under GDPR), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Opt out of certain advertising tracking.
